The Partition Magic tool by PowerQuest will resize an NTFS file
system to make it smaller if there is room to do so.  I suggest
you do a defrag before you start.  You can still find Partition
Magic here and there although Symantec bought them and discontinued
the product, or so it appears from their web site.
