The drivers. The driver is the OS part, but it requires the firmware on the
card to work. The driver is responsible for downloading the firmware to the
card. Unfortunately most companies right now do not allow others to
redistribute their firmware. So RH and others are not allowed to package it
with their distribution. depending on your version of fedora/rhel/... you
might have to drop the firmware into /lib/firmware or /etc/firmware or or
or... :-)
