tvtime in FC4

I would like to know if someone else had experienced problems with
tvtime in FC4 when trying to launch it as a normal user, else to know if
this is really a bug or maybe I am missing something obvious...
My version is 0.9.15-7, comes from core repos. So I could expect this
should work without problems.
Others TV apps work fine, such as zapping, xawtv, xdtv, ... what really
makes me more confused.
Even tvtime worked ok when I had FC3, the same hardware, the same TV
card, ... The only one difference is that now I have enabled selinux by
default, can't imagine anything else...
I am able to launch tvtime as root, there is no problem here.
But when trying as a normal user, this dies very fast, it almost lasts a
short fraction of second. It gives me some CLI advices that I've
followed, but by appearance there is no effect.

What I get:

[daniel@PRIMATES-PLM .tvtime]$ tvtime
Running tvtime 0.9.15.
rtctimer: Cannot set periodic interval: Permiso denegado

Failed to get 1024 Hz resolution from your RTC device. High
resolution access is necessary for video to be smooth. Please
run tvtime as root, set tvtime as SUID root, or change the
maximum RTC resolution allowed for user processes by running this
    command as root:
        sysctl -w dev.rtc.max-user-freq=1024

I've set suid root to /usr/bin/tvtime and ran /sbin/sysctl accordingly
with those advices and this place:

but the problem remains:

It seems that there is a segmfault (Violacie segmento), but I don't
know what to do now...

If this is a "normal" issue, can someone report me about something
similar? I've searched in this list archives from June and had nothing.

Any clue of this, please?

Regards

Daniel
