After googling more with the correct keyword, I'm able to solve it:
Modify the fstab entry about swap, from LABEL=swap to /dev/hda8
Then swapon -a

Now I have swap again.
top - 02:33:15 up  6:19,  6 users,  load average: 0.10, 0.51, 0.43
