I used winetools to install IE under wine. You can get it here:

Don't know which version of IE it is, but it works. After having
installed IE I removed winetools again (I don't need it), and I only
installed IE, because another program running through wine needs the IE.
Internetconnection btw. is no problem. It's just there (at least with DSL).
