Well, ypbind does start after netfs and if you're mounting things as
someone other than root at boot time, that could be an issue.


Aaah... I think I know the problem. I am exporting a directory which is owned by user.group that does not exist in the local system, since that user and group are specified by the NIS server. That might cause NFS to fail.
