I have FC4 plus some development. I have no file named as you described.
Locate shows these files though.
locate libXaw
/usr/X11R6/lib/libXaw3d.so.7
/usr/X11R6/lib/libXaw.so.7.0
/usr/X11R6/lib/libXaw.so
/usr/X11R6/lib/libXaw.so.6.1
/usr/X11R6/lib/libXaw3d.so.7.0
/usr/X11R6/lib/libXaw.so.7
/usr/X11R6/lib/libXaw.so.6
/usr/X11R6/lib/libXaw3d.so
Version xorg-x11-6.8.2-43 installed on my system.
