What worked for me was to have up2date update the kernel packages,
rebooted to get the new kernel loaded, then I was able to update the
remaining packages.

Usually (in the past, FC2, FC3) when this has happened, it has cleared in
a few days and it was just a matter of waiting. This has been a week now
and is still stuck.
How can I move forward ?
