The 1375 kernel is not one that was released for FC4,  that has been
1369 (original), 1387, 1390, and 1398

Where did you get the 2.6.12-1.1375 kernel? 

IIRC, (and I have it installed on my FC3 machine) the latest released
kernel for FC3 is 2.6.11-1.35.  I wonder if you are trying a development
kernel?
