Printer and FC4

My printer can't be found with the new update of fedora using fc4.

I used Webmin to create  a new printer and when I tried to start the
scheduler I got this error:

failed to start scheduler:SH:/etc/rc.d/init.d/lpd: No such file or
directory..

How come there is no lpd?  What is happening here??

Any thoughts anyone??
