The ISO image still shows up,

How do you mean? As a single .iso file or as a bunch of files and directories?

I jsut need the path to
the installer (anaconda or what ever it is). The only
other PC I have is down for a week. I need to make
this work if possible.

The installer is booted by running "init", which is inside the isolinux/initrd.img file.

Do you have CDs for any other OS you could install (e.g. older version of Fedora) so that you could run some CD-burning software?
