I suggest following:

eth0 on arrakis: IP 192.168.1.1, netmask 255.255.255.0
eth1 on arrakis: IP 192.168.0.2, netmask 255.255.255.0
eth device on caladan: IP 192.168.0.3, netmask 255.255.255.0

On "arrakis" (Fedora) set IP forwarding in /etc/sysctl.conf (sysctl -p
afterwards). Make sure that NO GATEWAY entry is set in
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth{0,1}, but a GATEWAY=192.168.0.2
in /etc/sysconfig/network. Hosts should then be able to see each other.
