Alexander,

When I attemped to access "http://192.168.0.2:631/printers/deskjet-5550-2"; in
firefox, I got an error message saying that the connection was refused.

I ran the "lpstat -h 192.168.0.2 -l -v" command on the client and got the same
'connection was refused' message.

Ran the 'lpstat -l -v' command on the server and got:
device for deskjet-5550-2: usb:/dev/usb/lp0

I haven't tried the ipp or http settings you previously mentioned but it would
appear to me that the client is having the trouble, not necessarily the
server. Is that correct?

Steve
