The third is the shared CUPS printer on my server machine. Like this one you need to have an entry of your DeskJet 5550 in your printers.conf on box #2 DeviceURI http://<IP or name of box #1>:631/printers/deskjet5550 In printers.conf on box #1 the same printer is listed as DeviceURI usb://... [can tell you exactly] The forth DeviceURI in my printers.conf is a virtual printer for creating PDFs (http://cip.physik.uni-wuerzburg.de/~vrbehr/cups-pdf/). Hope this information helps.
