Easiest way, if you have another computer and a serial cable,
you can hook them together, and run serial console between the two
(boot with console=ttyS0 on the machine that has problems
 and run minicom on the other).

Failing that, writing them down by hand is your best bet.
At the bare minimum, it's useful to have

- The first line which tells us what happened 
(something like ...
 Unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at virtual address 0x......
- The line beginning EIP
- The Call Trace
