are there any experiences with Asterisk 1.07 from Digium CSV behind an M$ ISA Server 2003 out there??

The Asterisk is running fine but it's don't receive any RTP Stream fom the Sip Provider.

Has anybody running this configuration or should i kick the ISA??

As you ask ... I think so :)

Seriously, what does the proprietary Microsoft product provide what an
open source product would not provide? I am really interested in an
answer (not flaming, but lack of knowledge about that ISA product).

Alexander

ok i try to answer without flaming :-)

I'm realy not a fan of ISA, but if you have only M$ Servers behind it and the local admin's are not realy experts in firewalling, it's an comfortable product.

You can route to several internal http Servers in considuration of the hostheaders. You have an outlook RPC Filter (uuuhhhhh). The Proxy is integrated in AD an so on.

OK OK. If it's possible i use ipfw or iptables too, but sometimes there are customers, that want to use M$ only. :-(
