For an official start page, maybe the release notes could replace the link to the unofficial FAQ? (no offense, but it is unofficial - and while I can't name anything at the moment, I've seen what I think is bad advice there in the past) The wiki should also be linked on an official start page. I'll subscribe to fedoradocs to discuss if it is happening there (though my web design skillz are rather, um - well, I mostly use the left side of my brain ... ;)
