Create a sieve script, i.e. using sieveshell. The message is no failure
message, just a notice.

But please rethink. root shouldn't get mail, but a mortal user by an
alias. Of course a mortal user needs a sieve script too (which means the
byte code [bc = byte code] is existing and accessible by sieve).
