What is loading/using module hw_random?

What process is causing the hw_random driver to load?  To the best of my
knowedge my hardware (see lspci output below) doesn't support a hardware
RNG.  I don't see the driver explicitly loaded anywhere.

This is with the current FC4 kernel (2.6.11-1.1369_FC4smp) .

Also, what processes and/or applications make use of this device
(if it exists)?
