You may want to look into using MailScanner,
http://www.sng.ecs.soton.ac.uk/mailscanner/ once you get your server in
place and MailWatch a web-frontend to MailScanner,
http://mailwatch.sourceforge.net/ . MailScanner also acts as a frontend
to ClamAV and SpamAssassin.
