If you want an object oriented Pascal IDE/language that is currently
supported you should take a look at Free Pascal and Lazarus:

http://www.lazarus.freepascal.org/

There are RPMs for both FPC (the compiler) and Lazarus so it should be
easy enough to install, it's not quite the same as Kylix AFAIK, but it
is very similar.
