Exists a client for linux like the windows one?

No... The ISA Server Client software is propietary and only for Winblows. It inserts some modules in the middle of the TCP/IP stack so no further configuration is required on the machines it gets installed for them to pass through the ISA Server proxy.

Anyways, ISA Server is just a SOCKS4/SOCKS5 compliant (AFAIK) proxy server software, so you can simply configure your browser to use the ISA Server machine as the proxy. For other network utilities, like SSH or FTP, you will need to check their manual pages or help files.
