Just looking at the ftp logs (which I confess I don't peruse often enough) I notice lots of failed downloads in a virtual domain; mostly from AOL and dialup space. All of the dnsbl downloads are completed so another way to look at this is that Linux clients succeed while others don't. Might a change to different software make a difference?
