Its pretty good, although its only a high availability cluster (if a node goes down, its jobs will get picked up by another node). We use it at work, but I have not configured it myself so I'm a little shakey on the exact details but I seem to remember that you need SAN storage to make it effective. IMO its quite expensive for what it is, but my company is happy to shell the cash out for it.
