Where can I find documentation on how to use this fortran compiler?

There is only the change log in /usr/share/doc/gcc4-gfortran and I can't
seem to find anything on the web.  Lots of links to the rpm but not
instructions.

For that matter, is there documentation installed for the gcc3 or 4
compilers included with FC#?
