To Peter Whalley and everyone else, You shouldn't sign up for a mailing list if you have some stupid non-spammer verification program attached to your e-mail account. By doing so you are in fact giving everyone else on the list spam, and should thus be removed from the list. Cut off this service or please leave the list.
