I've been playing with adding http://kde-redhat.sourceforge.net/ to up2date.

As root I edited: file:/etc/sysconfig/rhn/sources

adding the following lines:

# kde-redhat.repo, v1.0

# kde-redhat-stable
yum kde-redhat-stable http://apt.kde-redhat.org/apt/kde-redhat/fedora/3/stable

# kde-redhat-stable-all
yum kde-redhat-stable-all http://apt.kde-redhat.org/apt/kde-redhat/all/stable

This seems to work, although I've gotten a few 404 errors when some packages can't be found.
