Didn't happen here. I had to move the symlink by hand. JRE from sun: jre-1.5.0-fcs
I just looked and I can confirm that the JPackage RPM for java-1.5.0 has a trigger script that takes care of this when Mozilla or Firefox RPMs are installed or updated.
