I think that I have met all the dependencies. On make test QT threw
some warnings (I don't remember what they were), but I did make
install and I thought that it installed correctly. There seems to be
no way for me to check that, though.

Which brings me to two questions:
1) Does anyone know of a repro for mapivi? I tried yum install mapivi
but it could not find it. It says nothing to do.
2) How can I check that qt installed correctly?

Thanks to everyone for all your help.
