Hi list,
Is there any linux equivalent of M$ ISA client to connect ISA proxy server ?
i need it for some of my application to connect to internet

You don't need any M$-specific software... ISA Server is just a SOCKS4/5 Proxy server, so you only need to configure your browser (or any SOCKS-compliant app) to use the ISA Server machine as the proxy gateway.
