What kind of production server is it? FC3 is running on my server with following services 1) HTTP/Web Server 2) SMTP server 3) IMAP server 4) Samba server 5) Print Server +Print to PDF server (required for creating PDFs of some documents) 6) FTP server 7) DHCP server 8) Firewall 9) Also used for MythTV : recording and encoding going on 24 hours a day(mostly). Haven't had a single problem with it.
