SV: proftpd

Hi,
I would suggest take a look at the webmin plugin fpr Proftpd. I use it for Proftpd configuration and it works really nice. If it can do everything you hope for, I don't know though.

I don't think they're really name based (in the not-requiring a separate ip sense). You can list the virtual hosts by name, but each one still needs a separate address.
