how to neutralize the control-space key-binding

Hi,

Does anyone know how to neutralize(destroy) the control-space
key-binding to htt? kanji-input subwindow ?

I have just noticed both control-space and shift-space binded to kanji
input small subwindow on all windows after daily yum updates. I think
just shift-space key-binding is enough to have htt? subwindow because
I can not specify region by control-space especially on emacs.

Thanks in advance.
