I have FC3 in several versions loaded on my ThinkPad a31p on both the internal 80GB and a second 60GB in the second hard drive slot.
Everything starts ok unless I have swapped the second drive with an add-on battery which can use that same slot. When I have the battery in, grub say “GRUB loading, please wait…”, then “Error 21” and hangs.
Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this? Otherwise, will lilo work if I use it instead of grub?
