You not only may, you just did. 

Of course this list has traditionally not been the designated place for
those types of suggestions...I think that's what bugzilla is for.

My suspicion is that the same people who don't read the release notes
don't read the README files. Being one of those people, I understand
this behavior. I haven't however asked about kernel-source files for
FC3
