I could guess that the package you need, "php-4.3.8-2.1" is not
available through any of the repositories you have in your yum
configuration.

Yum cannot install a package if it doesn't know where to get it from.

On my machine, I arm running php-4.3.10-3.2. I got it from the updates
section at freshrpms.
