I doubt that RedHat cares if you play pirated materials, they just
cannot ship any software containing unlicensed patents. MP3 is patented
by Fraunhofer/Thomson and they want $0.75 for every decoder with no
exception for free and open source software. Therefore you are required
to get MP3 support from a country that has not sold it's citizens and
economy to $$$ companies trying to monopolize their markets with
software patents.
