FC2 - CD Drive installation or Cdrecord setup Problem

Help please. CDrom and CD-RW drives read just fine. Unable to burn cds with CD-RW.
Using FC2 kernel 2.6.10-1.9 on AMD cpu system



fstab is

NOTE:  Nautilus sees the CD devices as CD-ROM and CD-ROM2.

Note: Specification of cdrom=0,0,0 or cdrom=1,0,0 per scanbus output produces the same result.
I have also tried cdrom=ATAPI:0,0,0 per google search findings.
