Hi all,

Does anyone know of a good way to add a disclaimer to all outgoing mail
using sendmail?

IMO, that is a bad idea. But if you really really want to do that (or are forced by management and/or your legal department), check out MIMEDefang. MIMEDefang is primarly used for blocking "bad" mail (such as viruses and spam), but it can also be used to add disclaimers to MIME mail in more or less safe way (probably safer than most people would be able to implement themself). Also, in MIMEDefang, it would be trivial (if you get approval from above) to implement not adding disclaimers if one of addressees is well known mailing list.
