Could have... yes but, I kept getting bounces returned to me from this list. I therefore assumed that my messages did not make the list and re-sent. For every rejection I recieved, I reposted.

If so, you can safely filter them into the bit-bucket, and hopefully whichever bozo is responsible for them will get unsubscribed sooner rather than later.
