Was this an upgrade or a fresh install? I've run into several issues
similar to this with upgrades on occasion.
It was a fresh install. I had had some problems with an
earlier install, nothing like this though, and reinstalled
FC# last weekend.
Did you wipe the partitions (reformat)?
