Please fix your clock! You are sending with date "Thu, 22 Jan 2004".

Name resolution on the mail server host itself works properly? The DNS
servers fit in /etc/resolv.conf?

You should rebuild your sendmail.cf and submit.cf. They do not fit the
Sendmail version change from 8.12.x to 8.13.x.
