Dave refers to the latest FC2 update kernel, not the latest kernel from kernel.org. It is designed to work with FC2. You will get the latest update kernel along with a lot of other official FC2 update packages by running up2date, which is strongly recommended.

Thanks a lot.

But, Would you please tell me where I can get it?
(i.e. the latest FC2 update kernel. that is, the
latest 2.6.9 errata kernel for FC2)

Assuming you have yum configured, "yum update kernel". If using up2date, make sure you don't have the "kernel*" stuff in the ignore list, then "up2date" should do it. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- - Rick Stevens, Senior Systems Engineer rstevens@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx - - VitalStream, Inc. http://www.vitalstream.com - - - - What's small, yellow and very, VERY dangerous?
