In the meantime you might want to check out

particularly the patched version of evolution referenced there, i.e.

Thanks!  I tried it, but it doesn't work.
After I enter my password it just comes back and says
	"No account for user "username" on this server"

Unfortunately this patch seems like it dumps the domain all-together.
But 2.0.3 worked on a debian box, where 2.0.2 didn't work on the same Debian box.
I bet that if 2.0.3 were available for FC3 it would work too.
