Okay this isn't really a problem, more an annoyance. If I leave my
machine (FC3) idle for a couple hours, my USB mouse stops working and
I
get this error in the logs :

usb 1-1: device not accepting address 3, error -71...: 1 Time(s)

I have almost that exact issue on my A7N8X Deluxe - except my mouse doesn't stop working. For me it is dependant upon which port the mouse is plugged into (Logitech mouse)

One port - no error messages in Linux, mouse works fine, but booting Windows results in no mouse in Windows.

Other port - mouse works in both Windows and Linux - but I get those error messages all over the console and in /var/log/messages.

Please add your information to my bug - https://bugzilla.redhat.com/ bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=136793
