If you're not having a problem then I wouldn't be concerned. I'm not
familar with this specific issue with the shadow-utils, but it looks like
this is the bug:

That just deals with machine names so I don't think it applies to you.

There is a -42 package that is in the testing phase right now, it's in:

http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/updates/testing/3/i386/

That means it should show up in the standard updates eventually and you'll
get it when you run up2date.
