KVM hell. My experiences: 1) lose the Belkin, there is something
different about them that causes problems; 2) try psmouse.prote=bare
or ...=imps as a kernel parameter in grub (or lilo); 3) insure that you
keep the booting machine selected on the KVM all the way thru the boot
process; 4) do not use an USB to PS/2 adapter, get an out-of-the-box
PS/2 mouse (hard to find nowadays, mine says GE on it).

Currently, I am not having any mouse problems on my KVM (Master View
Mini-KVM) and I was able to eliminate the psmouse.proto parameter.
Running FC3 latest.
