Ed,

My /etc/fstab shows the following:
# This file is edited by fstab-sync - see 'man fstab-sync' for details
usbfs /proc/bus/usb usbfs rw 0 0
none /proc/sys/fs/binfmt_misc binfmt_misc rw 0 0
sunrpc /var/lib/nfs/rpc_pipefs rpc_pipefs rw 0 0
/dev/hdb /media/cdrecorder1 auto
pamconsole,exec,noauto,managed 0 0
/dev/fd0 /media/floppy1 auto
pamconsole,exec,noauto,managed 0 0 rpc_pa

Which according to man fstab-sync shouldn't matter as /etc/fstab is
sanitized each time HAL is started.

Thanks again,

Steve
