Logwatch and postfix?

Does anybody have a logwatch configuration file that works well with
postfix?  The one that comes with fedora leaves me with literally
thousands of lines in the "**Unmatched Entries**" section, mostly
about messages dropped because they were in RBLs, like:

It would be nice if this info could be summarized.
