I have just loaded Fedora Core 2 on a Dell latitude 330Xt note book. It works ok, but I have one problem: I can not change the resolution to 1024x768 from 800x640 and the refresh rate to 75. It looks like MS windows 3.1. I am new to Fedora and Linux and I am not sure of the syntax or grammar of Linux to go to X windows to change it. I tried to change /ect/x11/xorg.conf.backup in gedit, but it is only read only. Any tips for a newbie? Thanks in Advance, Bob __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
